Procedure after acceptance of offer
when purchasing or taking part in a trade-in:
We would be happy to welcome you at our location in Fritzens/Tyrol for a personal handover. If shipping is more convenient for you, we can send you a parcel label and the purchase contract/invoice by email in advance (please send us your contact details, email address and your telephone number for shipping). Please pack the watch carefully with sufficient filling material in a well-sealed box (e.g. wrapped in stretch/plastic film). To be on the safe side, put a copy of the parcel label in the package. Document this process with several clear pictures or a video. Attach the parcel label to the package and hand the package in directly at the appropriate counter (depending on the selected shipping company) with the note "Express package", or wait for the agreed pickup. When picking up, the package must be scanned in front of you. Also have a separately printed parcel label signed. Once the watch has arrived and been inspected, the amount (if purchased) will be transferred to the account you specified. If you trade it in, we will send you your new watch via insured express delivery. Delivery within the EU usually takes 1-2 days.
Purchase & Trade-in
You are not tied to a specific time frame for the sale and would like to achieve a high sales price? We would be happy to take care of the entire process for the sale of your watch. We take care of inspection, preparation, advert design, customer contact, payment and shipping processing, as well as the risk. Selling a watch couldn't be more relaxed.

Procedure for a commission sale:
Please send us a few detailed pictures and information (year of manufacture, scope of delivery, assessment of condition, ...) of the watch by email or WhatsApp in advance. We will then create a non-binding commission offer for you. Depending on the brand, model, age and condition, the offer will state the commission fee (4.5% - 9.5%, min. €350) and the possible payout amount. If the offer is OK for you, we will send you a commission contract. After acceptance, you can hand the watch over to us in person at our location in Fritzens/Tyrol, or we will send you a parcel label for shipping (see "Purchase / Trade-in" above for the shipping process). We will then check the watch, prepare it if necessary, take the pictures and create the advertisement. After a successful sale, the agreed amount will be paid to you.
